5.7 miles steady

Went for a steadier run from Bearsden Asda up to Craigdhu Road as usual, but to try to stretch it out to 5 miles I came back via Manse Road and Kilmardinny Avenue, which turned out to have a serious hill which I had forgotten about. This actually brought it up to 5.7 miles and I finished in 38:43.
