Gym
The Pullover machine has been fixed at long last, so I added it to my usual circuit as 3x10 with 6 weights, after an extra set of 3x40 on the Lat Pulldown machine. Probably go for 3x20 or more next time. I took my time for once and managed to see every set of reps through to the end without stopping. This also stretched the session out to 40-45 minutes which felt a bit more worthwhile.
