Hill reps
The club training session was hill reps on the road beside the vet school - 3 x 160m or so to the crest of the hill, with a jogged recovery back to the bottom, followed by 400m to the junction near the top gate. The fast pack had to do 4 sets, so it came out at about 5 miles including warm-up and recoveries. I tried to keep my pace consistent between the short and long reps.
