Went out for a few miles around the West End, via Shakespeare Street and Cleveden Drive. Hamstring was still tight but I had no lower back pain by 3 miles so extended the route down to Cowcaddens and back up Garscube Road for 4.58 miles in 32:56, 7:11/mile.
