Went on a recovery run from Bearsden Asda via South Mains Road, Craigdhu Road and Stockiemuir Road. The first mile was quite slow but I picked it up slightly after that, and felt OK enough by Drymen Road to take the Kilmardinny Avenue route. Distance came out at 5.68 miles in 41:53.
