Struggling with a sore hip but I thought I'd be able to run through it. Wore the Vomeros for a run up Maryhill Road, onto the canal at the fire station, down to Lock 27 and back along Great Western Road. Seemed to go OK. 6.12 miles in 43:51, average pace 7:10/mile. Forgot chest strap.
