Went out in the evening for a run down Garscube Road, along the canal as far as Dorchester Avenue and back along Great Western Road. It had already been raining for a while when I set out but conditions underfoot were OK, even on the towpath. The rain eased off after a while but then came on even more heavily and was torrential for the last few minutes. Wasn't particularly bothered about pacing. Finished the 6.93 miles in 50:42, average pace 7:19/mile, HR 141.
