Had a rest day on Monday due to general fatigue and by Tuesday I was ready for the club's scheduled hill reps session, which turned out to be at Westerton as I had hoped. We ran 6 loops of Crarae Avenue and Murrayfield Drive, 2.69 miles, plus 2.47 miles total warm-up and warm-down.
