Ran down to Park Gorkovo with Natasha, where we followed the Svisloch as far as Bogdanovicha before heading back. 4.32 miles in 36:48, average pace 8:31/mile.

Pace splits: 8:22, 8:11, 8:29, 8:49, 9:15
