Dug the adiZero Mana out of semi-retirement for a fast run down Garscube Road and along the canal to Shakespeare Street. I didn't quite get through the first mile inside 7 minutes but the others were faster. Finished the 3.87 miles in 25:24, average pace 6:34/mile, HR 150. The higher HR readings were early on in the run and are probably spurious as the chest strap appears to need tightening again.
