Went out before lunch with Natasha down North Woodside Road and along Great Western Road as far as Cleveden Road, where she continued to Crow Road and I headed back home via Winton Drive, Garrioch Road, Garscube Road and Grovepark Street. 4.44 miles in 36:13, average pace 8:10/mile, HR 142.
