2.9 miles easy, 7.1 miles moderate, 2.9 miles steady

Had another go at running up to Garscube Estate and this time I had a few minutes to recover before the fast pack went out. The route was along Canniesburn Road and through Drumchapel to Duntreath Avenue, then back along Alderman Road to Anniesland Cross and up Switchback Road. We went through 4 miles in exactly 27 minutes and gradually increased the pace as we started to see other packs in the distance, arriving back at Garscube Estate in 46:47 for a 6:35/mile average, which meant we averaged around 6:23 for the last three miles. Ran back home afterwards, untimed.
