4.6 miles slow

There was a traffic jam on Maryhill Road which made Natasha and me late for training, although I hadn't really fancied running medium reps in icy conditions in any case. We parked at Bearsden Asda and ran my old 4.6-mile route via Baljaffray roundabout.
