Went out before lunch with Natasha for the same run as the previous Saturday except we came home via St George's Road instead of Maryhill Road. In the afternoon I ran to King's Park via Tradeston, Cumberland Street and Aikenhead Road, 30:58 on the way out (6:40/mile) and 30:48 on the way back.
