Went out from Bearsden Asda to run a longer route via West Chapelton Avenue, Station Road, Pendicle Road, through Westerton and Garscube Estate and back up Maryhill Road. I had intended to run no faster than 7-minute miles but picked up the pace on Maxwell Avenue and was able to maintain it OK. Finished in 31:04 for a 6:36/mile average.
