7.4 miles steady

Went out in the evening for my usual 7 mile route via Garscube Estate which I extended down Bank Street, Gibson Street and Barrington Drive, although this accounted for less than half a mile extra and wasn't really worth the trouble. I reached the 3-mile mark slightly faster than intended so eased off a bit and couldn't pick it back up later on. Total distance was 7.44 miles, 51:16.
