In the evening I went out with Natasha for a run along Great Western Road as far as Anniesland Cross and back via Clarence Drive and Napiershall Street. We were passed by a girl on Crow Road and when she appeared to slow down a few hundred yards later, Natasha couldn't resist picking up the pace to overtake her. 6.38 miles in 53:16, average pace 8:21/mile, HR 123.
