Ran the usual loop of Shakespeare Street and Napiershall Street with Natasha in the evening. I tried out my new Asics Piranha SP3, half a size smaller than my original Asics Piranhas in the hope that they won't cause the same blisters. 3.39 miles in 27:38, average pace 8:09/mile, HR 118.
