Went out with Natasha before breakfast for my canalside run from the previous Saturday, measured this time at 3.88 miles. In the afternoon I ran my Dorchester Avenue route but extended it by returning to Maryhill Road via Kirklee Road and Shakespeare Street - 5.77 miles in 38:16 for a 6:38/mile average.
