Returned to my original Monday night route via Craigton Road, Baljaffray Roundabout and Kilmardinny Avenue, aiming for a steady overall pace of around 6:45/mile, although it was hard to judge on account of the first half being broadly uphill. I finished in 45:21 which worked out at an average of 6:47 for 6.68 miles.
