5K slow and 9+ miles moderate

Went out at lunchtime for the usual slow 5K recovery. In the afternoon I headed along Great Western Road, up Blairdardie Road and over the canal, back along Drumchapel Road and Canniesburn Road and then back down Maryhill Road. It was about a mile further than I had planned, probably about 9.5 in total. Finishing time was 1:11:21.
