Gym

Back to the gym tonight, same session as on Thursday except I set the cross-trainer resistance to 7 instead of 10 to spare my legs a bit, and swapped the Shoulder Press and Pec Deck machines because - shock horror - for once I wasn't the only one in the place. Consequently, it was on the Pec Deck machine that I needed two goes to complete the last set. Trimmed my recoveries to the bone and was back out of there in just over 30 minutes.
