4 miles slow
Went out with Natasha before lunch for a slight modification of our usual West End run, heading up Maryhill Road instead of Garscube Road on account of the conditions, and extending the route via Cleveden Drive, for 3.97 miles in total. I gave the Nimbus another try but they were too tough on the ankles.
