5.2 miles moderate

I thought I would try one of my usual routes via Dorchester Avenue to see whether it was possible to run on snow in the Newtons. It wasn't. At least there was no pressure to set another route PB. Had to run on the road where possible but every time I was forced back onto the pavement my average pace would start dropping. Nonetheless, completed the 5.20 miles in 34:35 for a reasonable 6:39/mile average. Pace splits: 6:30, 6:53, 6:37, 6:48, 6:21, 7:12.
