7.3 miles slow

Went out in the morning for a longer run with Natasha. Wore the Skechers Resistance Runners although they turned out not to be any easier to run in than the Lunarglide. I was prepared to run a shorter route and head back home on my own but by Kelvinbridge I thought I'd probably be able to manage the whole thing. We ran along Great Western Road, down Crow Road and through Victoria Park, going through a couple of tunnels under the Expressway and Balshagray Avenue before heading along Balshagray Place, through a small park and onto Broomhill Drive, then along Dumbarton Road and home via Kelvin Way, Bank Street and North Woodside Road. 7.31 miles in 1:01:02, average pace 8:21/mile, HR 144. Heart rate looks too high for that pace but that might have been partly on account of the shoes.

Pace splits (ave. HR): 8:26 (134), 8:12 (141), 7:55 (145), 8:19 (146), 8:34 (146), 8:23 (150), 8:27 (148), 8:32 (148)
HR zones: 1.1%, 13.2%, 85.7%, 0%, 0%
