I didn't feel like doing anything at all but eventually dragged myself out for a few miles. The route was down Maryhill Road, through the (flooded) underpass onto New City Road, up Maitland Street, under the M8 for an anticlockwise loop of Craighall Business Park, then back under the M8 and home via Garscube Road. I felt quite slow in places but tried to maintain a consistent effort, particularly on the hills. Finished just inside 25 minutes for a 6:38/mile average.
