Hill reps

As the club training session didn't suit us very well, I jogged to the top of Queen Margaret Drive with Natasha and tried a few hill reps up Oban Drive while she continued up Maryhill Road to the Science Park. Each of the three reps took just under 80 seconds at a moderate level of effort, with a 3-minute turnaround which included a jog/walk recovery back to the bottom.

Fergus Drive is one street over (in fact it intersects with Oban Drive towards the top) and where I have done hill reps before - I don't know if one is any longer or steeper than the other since I've never been up Oban Drive. All I know is that the Fergus hill is a beast.

Last night we did 400 meter reps around the science park (just across Maryhill road from Garscube estate). The recovery was a short :45 - and I think they started timing the recovery from my finish, which was between :76 and :74 per rep for 10 reps
