I had survived yesterday evening's run without any blisters so went out for a few miles in the morning, via Ruchill Park, Garrioch Road and Winton Drive and back via Queen Margaret Drive. HR readings looked dubious. 4.95 miles in 39:47, average pace 8:02/mile, HR 136.

In the afternoon I ran my usual loop of Partickhill Road and Turnberry Road, heading home via Shakespeare Street and Grovepark Street to add about 3/4 of a mile. HR readings wildly inaccurate. 5.52 miles in 40:33, average pace 7:21/mile.
