Didn't have much time in the morning, with a wedding to attend in the afternoon, so I ran a route from about a month ago, a loop of Garscube Road, Great Western Road and Kirklee Road. This time it came out at 4.23 miles, finishing time was 28:57 for a 6:51/mile average.
