5.3 miles slow

In the evening I felt just about able to get in some slow miles of doubtful value, so I ran a comparatively hill-free route from Bearsden Asda, via Milngavie Road, Clober Road, Craigton Road and back down South Mains Road. I started off outside 8:00/mile but had brought it down to 7:54/mile by the end of the 5.34-mile route.
