7.2 miles moderate

I dodged the club's medium rep session and instead ran a simple loop from Garscube Estate down to St George's Cross, back along Great Western Road to Anniesland Cross, up Crow Road and in the top gate to finish on the speed bump where I'd started. This came out at 7.15 miles. I lost the GPS signal completely near Kelvinbridge but it soon returned and the measurement still seemed fairly accurate. Legs felt tired but otherwise it went not too badly and I finished in 47:23 for a 6:38/mile average.
