Went out before lunch for a longer run with Natasha, down to Kelvinbridge to meet Meggan and then down Woodlands Road and North Street, over the footbridge and through Tradeston towards the South Side. I ran as far as Eglinton Toll before heading back. 6.16 miles in 52:41, average pace 8:33/mile, HR 147.
