4.3 miles slow, 2x3 miles steady, 200m reps

Ran down to Langside in the morning with Natasha to collect the car. In the afternoon I jogged up to the Caldercuilt track to try a set of 200m reps with recoveries decreasing by 15 seconds each time. There was a stiff breeze and the underfoot conditions were very heavy, so I could only manage 34/35 seconds per 200m, and I forgot what the exact recoveries were and started at 75 seconds instead of 90, which meant 6 reps instead of 7. Gave up after the first set and jogged back down the road.
