3.4 miles steady

Struggled through a game of football in the evening and only loosened up in the last 15 minutes or so, but I felt OK enough afterwards to rack up another few miles on my usual West End route. After the first mile it was already looking a bit faster than the previous couple of attempts so I had to check my speed in a couple of places. Finished in 25:21, 7:33/mile for 3.36 miles (although it came out at 3.41 this time).
