Went out before lunch for one of my usual shorter routes along the canal, this time staying on Garscube Road to take the new path up to the footbridge. I got stuck for what seemed like ages at St George's Cross and also had to tackle the steps up to the canal, but I managed a decent pace for the rest of the run, finishing the 3.84 miles in 25:46 for a 6:42/mile average. Splits: 7:29, 6:29, 6:25, 5:25.
