2.5 miles easy, 7.6 miles steady

I didn't have much time for a run before breakfast so resorted to the Queen Margaret Drive route, 2.50 miles in 19:16 for a 7:43/mile average, HR 130. Still some calf problems. Ran in the Wave Musha 2.

Pace splits (ave. HR): 8:16 (124), 7:23 (132), 7:17 (140)
HR zones: 7.3%, 83.5%, 9.3%, 0%, 0%

In the evening I ran a longer loop via Canniesburn Toll and Anniesland Cross, again in the Wave Musha 2. Distance was 7.60 miles, time 52:15, average pace 6:53/mile, HR 146. Calf pain got a bit better in the last couple of miles. 70 miles for the week starting to look achievable after all.
