5.4 miles steady

The scheduled club session was an easy run before Saturday's cross-country, which suited me fine as my left hip was causing a few problems. The route was a simple loop of Anniesland Cross and Queen Margaret Drive. Distance came out at 5.41 miles, time 38:34, average pace 7:10/mile, HR 150.
