Went out for a few miles in the evening, staying on roads which had thawed out for the most part. Ran a loop of St George's Road, Great Western Road, Queen Margaret Drive and Grovepark Street. Finished the 3.19 miles in 20:40, average pace 6:29/mile, HR 152.
