Mixed reps

Wore the Asics Piranha for the club's mixed reps session. After a 0.59-mile warm-up we ran 10 1-minute reps with a 45-second recovery in the business park across Maryhill Road. I timed the last 8 individually. They came out significantly faster than in February. I put in more effort in the first rep of each pair, which was broadly uphill.

After a jog of 0.49 miles we ran 10 minutes of shuttle runs in the same car park as before. Managed to get onto my toes more as the session went on and set a new fastest pace as recorded by the Garmin on one of the slightly downhill reps.
