In the afternoon I ran my usual 7-mile route which came out at 6.93 miles. Time was 47:55, average pace 6:55/mile. Pace splits: 7:42, 7:05, 6:43, 6:54, 6:44, 6:36, 6:38. Weekly total: 32 miles.
