Skipped the club's medium reps session for a longer run down Maryhill Road and Garscube Road as far as Phoenix Road, then back via Great Western Road and Crow Road. I was initially aiming to take it easy at 7:30/mile or so but going faster than this didn't take too much effort. The extra distance took the total up to 7.61 miles, finishing time was 52:16 for a 6:52/mile average. Pace splits: 7:19, 7:06, 6:39, 6:39, 6:55, 6:43, 7:06, 6:15.
