Didn't feel up to running with the club and the weather was terrible so I went out before dinner for my usual 7-mile route. The temperature wasn't too bad so I overheated a bit in my waterproof jacket. Distance came out at 6.99 miles, time 52:05, pace 7:27/mile. Pace splits: 7:44, 7:14, 7:01, 7:48, 7:27, 7:28, 7:25.
