Went out for the usual Cleveden Drive / Queen Margaret Drive route in the Vomeros (now dry). The rain came on after about half a mile. The distance came out at 4.26 miles this time which might still be accurate as I couldn't take the racing line up Queen Margaret Drive due to traffic. Got back home in 31:35, average pace 7:25/mile, HR 140. Legs felt OK although left side tightened up a bit afterwards.
