6.1 miles easy

The club session was an easy run around the McAndrew course. This suited me as I noticed that I still seem to have tired legs from the marathon, even taking Tuesday's hill reps into account. Hip problem appears to be under control. 6.08 miles in 45:49 for a 7:32/mile average, HR 141.
