Ran a loop via Maryhill Road and Dorchester Avenue in the evening. It was going fine and my average pace was heading towards 6:45/mile so I extended the run down to Cowcaddens and back up Garscube Road. Finished the 5.94 miles in 40:04, average pace 6:44/mile, HR 147.
