Ran a loop of the canal, Dorchester Avenue and North Woodside Road with Natasha. 5.44 miles in 44:21, average pace 8:09/mile, HR 132. Felt a bit beaten up from recent high mileage, and left hip and hamstring were playing up, but I think I can afford a couple of days off.
