Ran to work in 18:31, average pace 7:32/mile. For a change I ran back home via Harvie Street, Govan Road, the Clyde Tunnel, Dumbarton Road and Kelvingrove Park. This was a real struggle and came out at approximately 6.05 miles, completed in 44:54 for a 7:25/mile average, although it felt a lot slower.
