Ran a slow loop of Shakespeare Street, Winton Drive, Beaconsfield Road and Napiershall Street with Natasha. Wore the Saucony Hattori. 4.46 miles in 37:59, average pace 8:31/mile, HR 126. Possibly some minor chest strap problems.

In the afternoon I ran along Great Western Road, over the canal bridge at Blairdardie, and back home via Canniesburn Road and Maryhill Road. Wore the Skechers GOrun. Didn't quite make it to Drumchapel Road inside 30 minutes, so a route PB was out of the question, but it seemed to be going OK considering I was wearing my winter clothes. Got caught in a snow shower later on but finished in 1:03:53 for the 9.30 miles, average pace 6:52/mile.
