Ran up Maryhill Road as far as Bearsden Asda, down West Chapelton Avenue and back down Drymen Road and Maryhill Road. Tried out my new waterproof jacket and trousers, although the rain soon eased off, and didn't overheat too badly. 8.17 miles in 56:48, average pace 6:57/mile, HR 146.
