Seemed to have come through Saturday's run OK so I went on a longer run with Natasha, up Maryhill Road to Canniesburn Toll, down Switchback Road and Bearsden Road to Anniesland Cross, and home via Napiershall Street. I had some trouble with Endomondo and my phone, and the GPS trail didn't actually start recording until Bearsden Road, so I don't have accurate stats for the first 5 miles. 7.70 miles in 1:04:53, average pace 8:26/mile, HR 131.
